How should I take care of my earrings?
Each piece is handcrafted with care. While polymer clay is flexible and durable, please do not bend nor drop the earrings.
Be careful not to spray your earrings with perfume or aerosol products.
Traveling or not, earrings should be stored in their own boxes in a cool, dry place and out of the sun. It should be kept away from sharp objects so as to avoid scratches.
Keep earrings from getting wet or interacting with harsh chemicals. Remove before showering, swimming, or doing housework.
Remove earrings before going to bed to prevent accidents in your sleep.
Remove earrings before any rigorous exercise that may cause sweat.
For pieces which are hand painted, varnished, glittery, or which have gold leaf, use a baby wipe to gently wipe the surface of your earrings.
For any other earrings, use a soft, damp cloth or a cotton swab to gently wipe the surface.
Put earrings on after clothes and makeup are on. Remove earrings before clothes are taken off.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Polymer clay earrings are made by hand, and we strive to produce earrings to our highest standards. Please note that due to the nature of the material, minor imperfections are unavoidable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for these reasons. However, if your earrings arrive broken, please notify us immediately upon opening of your box. Depending on the style, we will replace or refund them.
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
We do not accept returns, exchanges nor do we refund items for tarnishing or for allergic reaction to metals and for hygiene reasons. We strive to provide hypoallergenic metals in our products. Please be aware of the materials used in the product.
What metals or materials do you use and what are the dimensions?
We use quality stainless steel, gold plated, or rhodium plated, sterling silver and wood. The earring and stud dimensions are approximate measurements of the item. The earring dimensions include the stud for length and the widest part for the width. Stud dimensions only measure the stud size.
What do I do when my package is delayed or lost?
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. As such, we cannot do a refund or cancellation of the order. Please reach out to your postal service or courier to locate your package or to process a claim if insurance is part of your shipping option.
If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
How quickly do you ship?
Depending on the design, we aim to ship within two to three days. For made to order items, please allow us 2 weeks to create your item before shipping. For back orders, please allow 1 week to craft your item. We will notify you when your item has been shipped. Kindly refer to your chosen courier regarding transit times or updates on the whereabouts of your order.
